1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing or using TrainPot ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of service

TrainPot is a fitness motivation app that allows users to:

• Create or join training groups
• Set weekly workout goals
• Track completed workouts with photo proof
• Accumulate penalties for missed workout goals

Important: TrainPot is a tracking tool only. The app does not process real payments or financial transactions. Any monetary penalties tracked in the app are for motivational purposes and users are responsible for settling payments among themselves outside of the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrainPot. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account registration

To use TrainPot, you must create an account using:

• Email and password or
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
• Harass, bully or harm other users
• Use the app for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat the penalty system
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or hack the app

6. User content

By uploading photos or other content to TrainPot, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to store and display it to your group members
• Confirm you have the right to share such content
• Understand that training photos may be deleted after a period of time to manage storage

7. Groups and penalties

7.1. Group Rules

• Groups are created and managed by users
• Group admins can set penalty amounts and workout goals
• All group members can see each other's workout progress

7.2. penalty system

• Penalties are calculated automatically based on missed workout goals
• Penalty amounts are tracked for informational purposes only
• TrainPot does not collect, hold or transfer any money
• Users are solely responsible for any financial arrangements between themselves
• We are not responsible for disputes between group members regarding payments

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TrainPot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be available at all times
• The app will be error-free
• Penalty calculations will always be accurate

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Disputes between users regarding penalty payments
• Any actions taken by group members

10. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Use the app for illegal purposes

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
