Welcome to FitSquad! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitSquad mobile application ("App") operated by Natalia Nazwisko ("we", "us", or "our").

By using FitSquad, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

 Summary: Be respectful, don't upload inappropriate content, and have fun challenging your friends to stay fit!

1. Using FitSquad

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FitSquad. If you're under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

1.2 Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure
Use accurate information when creating your account
Don't share your account with others
Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

2. Content Guidelines

2.1 Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to display it to your group members and store it to provide the service.

2.2 Acceptable Use

When using FitSquad, you agree NOT to:

Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Upload photos that don't belong to you
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack or disrupt the App
Create fake accounts or impersonate others

3. Piggy Bank & Penalties

 Important: The piggy bank and penalty features are for tracking purposes only. FitSquad does NOT process any real payments or financial transactions.

Penalty amounts are set by group members for fun and motivation
No real money is transferred through the App
Any actual payments between friends happen outside the App
We are not liable for any disputes regarding penalties

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Premium Features

FitSquad offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features.

4.2 Payment & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's app store settings

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Fitness Disclaimer

FitSquad is a motivational tool, NOT a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.

5.2 "As Is" Service

FitSquad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or content
Disputes between group members
Any injury resulting from workouts

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime in the App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
