This Privacy Policy describes how FitSquad ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App").
FitSquad is operated by Natalia Nazwisko, an independent developer based in Poland.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address and nickname when you create an account
- Profile Information: Profile picture (optional)
- Workout Data: Photos you upload as workout proof, workout dates and times
- Group Data: Group membership, weekly goals, penalty amounts (for tracking purposes only)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version
- Usage Data: App features used, timestamps
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Location data
- Contacts
- Health data from Apple Health or Google Fit
- Payment information (subscriptions are handled by Apple/Google)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the App functionality
- Allow you to create and join workout groups
- Display your workouts and progress to your group members
- Send you important notifications about your account or groups
- Improve and develop the App
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Your Group Members
When you join a group, the following information is visible to other group members:
- Your nickname and profile picture
- Your workout photos and dates
- Your weekly progress and penalty amounts
3.2 With Service Providers
- Supabase: Database and authentication (data stored in EU)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Subscription management
3.3 We Do NOT
- Sell your personal data
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for targeted advertising
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure located in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy
FitSquad is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
